Kristine Brewer has lived in Las Vegas since 1973. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1996 and her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 2000.
A licensed attorney in Nevada since 2003, Brewer has practiced family law for over 20 years, driven by a desire to advocate for children and families. Her professional experience includes serving as a Truancy Diversion Judge, Parent Coordinator, Guardian ad Litem, and Pro Bono Settlement Master. She co-founded the Brewer Blau Law Group (2009–2016) and has contributed to significant legal discussions, including co-authoring a 2013 amicus brief presented to the Nevada Supreme Court on custody outcomes.
Ms. Brewer is actively involved with the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law, where she volunteers as a judge for moot court and mock trial competitions and teaches public classes on divorce, custody, and guardianship. She has also presented on custody and domestic violence issues at legal conferences.
In her spare time, Kristine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and hometown sporting events.
