Mervin Siquian

Mervin was born in Manila, Philippines and migrated to the United States with his family when he was eight years old.  Although not born in Las Vegas, Mervin considers Las Vegas home – growing up and learning in Las Vegas, graduating first from Valley High School and later, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Managerial Finance.

After graduating from UNLV, Mervin joined the hospitality industry with the MGM Grand in the Casino Marketing department.  He would later serve as an Executive Casino Host for the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino as well for Sunset Station Hotel & Casino.

Mervin transitioned into the legal field as a Paralegal and has over eight years’ experience,  working for Cutter Law Firm, Chtd. and later being appointed to serve as Judicial Executive Assistant to the Hon. Nadin Cutter of Department T, Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division.  With a unique and valuable combination of customer service experience from over a decade in the hospitality industry, combined with experience and knowledge of family law, Mervin recently joined Leavitt Family Law Group.

In his personal time, Mervin enjoys spending time with his wife and two (2) children.  Mervin is an avid sports fan, especially UNLV sports, the Raiders, and soccer.
